Track your Happiness

The ability to log everything we do, from tracking our sleep cycle to analysing our runs, can give us insights into our lives. Recently I took part in a Happiness Tracking Project, and as we have been discussing how you achieve happiness, I thought I'd share a couple of my results.
Alone?
Firstly I had always thought I was pretty happy being alone, and I live on my own and enjoy it. However over the month I did the test I was consistently happier when I was with others. Interestingly I also tended to be happiest when with 2 other people, rather than in a larger or smaller social situation.
Number of People?
It also told me that I am happiest when with close friends. It is perhaps obvious, but too often we forget that quality time with friends is vital to being happy. To track your own happiness and learn a bit more about yourself, give it a try.
